Gwen Stacy, In-Store Stylist

Growing up watching old movies, I instantly fell in love with Hollywood glamour...

Needless to say, my first fashion icons were Marilyn Monroe and Katherine Hepburn. At a young age, I always found joy playing with clothes in my closet and helping friends and family dress for special occasions. As I got older, I started to experiment with my own fashion tastes, looking to Pop Icons such as Stevie Nicks, Joan Jett, and Gwen Stefani. Once I moved to New York, I perfected my own styling skills in school and through my internships at Teen Vogue and Interview magazines, where I assisted the Fashion Editor in several celebrity photo shoots, with stars such as Hugh Jackman and Natalie Portman.

Nothing brings me more joy than to help people find confidence in themselves through the power of self-expression and fashion.

Gwen Stacy Farrell was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but raised in Houston, Texas. She started college at The University of North Texas majoring in Photojournalism, but ultimately followed her calling to Fashion Merchandising Management. She continued and completed this degree at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology; in addition to picking up a second degree in Fabric Styling. She continued to live in NYC for 10 years before she relocated to Austin, Texas. She has fabricated a diverse career that has included: fashion retail sales, management, visuals, merchandising, assistant buying, modeling, and now her own portrait studio business.
